FAQ

Q1: Why does puzzle analyzed wrongly?

A1:

a) You haven't set the game you are playing in toolbar setting page.

b) You are using some APPs that affecting color of screen like Screen Filter, please close those APPs.

c) Area for analyzing puzzle does not set correctly(may be due to different screen resolutions), please perform Screen Calibration.

d) May be there is a message box or similar stuffs that blocked part of the puzzle.

e) Make sure your game is supported.
f) If you are playing P&D, please read this for correct Screen Calibration.

Q2: Why auto-move doesn't work?

A2:

a) Your device isn't a rooted device.

b) Make sure your fingers or body do not touch the screen while it is auto-moving.

c) May be some invisible stuff is blocked touches, try close all other APPs.

d) You haven't completed Touch Calibration, please goto main screen and click Touch Clibration.

Q3: Why toolbar is shown in this APP itself, but not shown in game?

A3: Some device like XiaoMi makes android not showing popup window, try go to Application Setting and find this APP, then set enabling popup window. And kill this app from task manager and restart it.

Q4: Why number of combos after auto-move would be lower than expected?

A4:

a) Drop orb breaks the combo.

b) Make sure the puzzle has analyzed correctly, otherwise please refer to Q1.

c) Orb moving too fast, please set a larger orb moving time or a smaller search depth in setting.

Q5: Why puzzle analyzed wrongly in Trainer?

A5: May be you have changed "Your Game" in setting while using Trainer, please go back to start screen and enter Trainer again.

Q6: Why it doesn't stop immediately after stop button has pressed?

A6: There are still some computations needed to be done, please wait patiently. Or you can kill it form task manager if it doesn't response.

Q7: Cannot make a online path search?

A7:

a) At Toolbar->Setting->Search, check "Allow Online Search"

b) Maybe there are too many request at server.

Q8: Solve/move speed too slow?

A8: At Toolbar->Setting->Auto, adjust "Move Speed" to a smaller value.

Q9: It sometimes solve puzzle wrongly?

A9: 

a) When using Full Auto Solve, a low probability will solve wrongly, please not use Full Auto Solve in difficult game stage.

b) At Toolbar->Setting->Auto, adjust "Gap" and "Time Gap After Move" to a larger value.

Q10: When using Main Character Mode, it can't jump back to the game?

A10: If you've installed multiple version of ToS at same time, please Kill the one that is not playing from Task Manager.

Q11: Too few COMBOs?

A11: 

a) At Toolbar->Setting->Search, if you use simple setting, try to adjust "Search Speed" to Slow.

b) At Toolbar->Setting->Search, if you use detail setting(online), try to set parameters to [50,3,300].

c) At Toolbar->Setting->Search, if you use detail setting(offline), try to set parameters to [50,7,200].

Q12: App crashed?

A12:

a) Try to set "Screenshot Folder" in main page.

b) Try to clear APP data and cache.
